Content Marketing Executive

Ski Solutions & BSpoke

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. Reporting into the Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll create and promote inspiring content for Ski Solutions and our activity holidays brand BSpoke.

Core responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing an effective multi-channel content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Produce content for the websites and blogs, ensuring all SEO requirements are met
  • Manage the relationships with our content partners and designers
  • Creation of all direct mail and brochure activities
  • Support the delivery of all joint marketing campaigns and partnerships. With activity via email, website, content platforms and social media
  • Manage our organic social media channels – developing a plan to grow and engage our audiences
  • Generate and edit video for use across the website and via social media
  • Identify, locate and engage with advocates and influencers within social communities to build relationships
  • Introduce tracking and reporting on ROI for key content campaigns
  • Assist in raising brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, English or similar
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a content marketing position within a B2C environment
  • Excellent copy-writing skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Some understanding of SEO
  • Creative and experience in using Photoshop (InDesign and video editing software preferred but not essential)
  • A passion for travel and the outdoors

Live Chat Ski Expert

Battersea, London

Ski Solutions, the UK’s leading specialist ski tour operator and travel agency have been in business for over 30 years. Based in Battersea, London, we are looking for the brightest and the best candidates to join our young and vibrant team.

Salary between £18,000 to £20,000

The role:

Ski Solutions receives 650,000 web visits each year, and as our Online Ski Expert, you will engage with our visitors via Live Chat, providing expert knowledge and unparalleled customer service.

While providing efficient, courteous and prompt assistance to our new web visitors and existing clients you will answer questions about resorts and accommodation, fulfil client requests and generate ski holiday enquiries for our team of Account Managers, all whilst maintaining a first-class customer experience.

You will serve as a brand ambassador and assist us in our mission to deliver unparalleled service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt responses and resolutions to enquiries via Live Chat.
  • Conduct real-time research to determine the best answer or solution for the customer.
  • Identify sales opportunities to generate new holiday booking enquires.
  • Capture customer data and input it into our CRM.
  • Assist the Client Services team in maximising revenue by identifying situations where a customer may benefit from ski school and additional ski extras.
  • Meet assigned KPI’s such as chat quality, customer satisfaction and number of sales enquiries generated.
  • Route queries to appropriate internal partners and follow up with customer issues.

Knowledge & skills:

  • Advanced written communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm with 80% accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of the European Alps and ski resorts.
  • Ability to handle and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Operations Executive

Reports to Head of Client Services

Based at Battersea, London

Salary £22,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience 

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role, supporting our tailor-made winter-sports programme, in a fast-growing and ever-changing business. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

Tour Operating Administration

  • Checking all tour operator bookings, reconciling client confirmations and supplier invoices
  • Liaising with the sales and client service teams to ensure all booking components are correctly booked and working where required with clients on changes and additions to bookings
  • Flight changes/cancellations
  • Manage transfer companies and short break transfer programme
  • Working with the Operations Assistant to manage the mailing of all travel documents to ensure accuracy and distribution within Ski Solutions service standards
  • Supporting our Head of Product & Commercial with hotel and chalet allocations
  • Provide out of office duty cover

Flight Management

Working with the Head of Client Services:

  • Manage ticketing queues
  • Liaise with outsourced IATA ticketing provider
  • Administration and day to day management of flight allocations and airline contracts

Health and Safety

  • With the Head of Client Services, manage the Health and Safety programme

 Essentials:

· Absolute, unwavering attention to detail

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Would like:

· Airline and ticketing abilities using Lime & Aviate

Client Service Concierge

Reports to Head of Client Services

Based at Battersea, London

Salary £19,000 - £21,000 dependent on experience 

Fixed term contract until March/April 2019

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role, supporting our winter-sports programme, in a fast-growing and ever-changing business. As part of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for every aspect of the booking process once the client has confirmed their holiday. Our ideal candidate will have unparalleled customer service skills, a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Concierge

  • Provide support and guidance to the client post booking, ensuring unparalleled service is delivered at all times
  • Answering client queries regarding their accommodation or resort by phone and email
  • Selling Ski Solutions ski hire to clients
  • Assisting clients to book lift passes, ski school, nannies and restaurants

Administration

  • Liaising with tour operators or directly with European and North American suppliers to administer changes to client bookings
  • Processing new bookings and invoices
  • Preparing travel itineraries and sending client travel documents

Credit Control

  • Arranging client payments by phone or bank transfer
  • Chasing clients in a timely manner to pay any overdue monies

Essentials:

  • Previous office experience
  • Excellent written communication and a friendly telephone manner with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • You must work well in a team with a hard-working and flexible approach
  • Numerate

Operations Assistant

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role, supporting our winter-sports programme, in a fast-growing and ever-changing business. As part of our After Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients and Client Service Concierge team with all administrative aspect of the booking process once the client has confirmed their holiday. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for ski and travel, a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain office experience during your gap year or post-university, in a young, vibrant and sociable team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Processing new bookings and invoices
  • Preparing travel itineraries and sending client travel documents
  • Producing ski hire vouchers for the client
  • Collecting client names and passenger details prior to departure
  • Liaising with tour operators to administer changes to client bookings
  • Supporting the Head of Client Services and the wider team with ad hoc admin duties

Ski Sales Account Manager

Role Profile

We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our leading winter-sports tour operator and travel agent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, fast-paced sales team within a fast-growing luxury travel company based in a fantastic office in south-west London.

As Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients. The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain a relationship with clients through focused account management. Using your sales skills and experience, you will convert enquiries into bookings making sure that agreed targets are achieved whilst maintaining the company’s high standard of unparalleled service. It’s important you are a keen skier who’s passionate about the mountains and looking for an exciting new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert enquiries into sales by tailoring a package specific to the client’s requirements
  • Using expert knowledge of the ski industry to recommend a holiday package for clients
  • Attempting to close the sale at every opportunity
  • Actively seek to improve the level of service offered to clients with a commitment to go the extra mile and exceed expectations
  • Achieve and exceed sales performance targets against KPI’s including call conversion and margin targets
  • Take ownership and accountability of your work ensuring 100% booking accuracy
  • Develop and increase knowledge of products across the Ski Solutions range
  • Demonstrate willingness and flexibility to assist other departments with customer queries
  • Outbound calls to existing clients to maintain Account Manager relations
  • Manage your sales pipeline and bookings using our CRM and reservation systems

Personal Specification

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven sales track record, preferably in ski sales/tailor-made ski sales
  • Proven record of working in a target driven sales environment
  • Highly sales motivated

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, builds strong trusting relationships with clients
  • Ability to work under pressure to handle targets with a strong sense of urgency

Remuneration

We are proud to offer a market leading remuneration package that rewards hard work. All of our new starters undertake an extensive three-month training and induction period. The average OTE for a new starter in their first year with modest sales experience is £32k. Our higher earners with a few years’ experience earn over £45k on average, with uncapped commission potential.
