Digital Marketing Assistant

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll be supporting the wider marketing team with all things digital, with a strong focus on website and content, across a portfolio of active travel brands; Ski Solutions, BSpoke Tours and Cycling for Softies. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded, have fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal) and show strong attention to detail. With ambitious growth plans and innovative projects on the horizon, this is an exciting time to join our digital marketing team.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Support on the build of a new website, including briefing, liaising with developers, testing and curating new content
  • Carry out keyword research and ensure the websites are optimised for SEO
  • Maintain the websites and ensure all content is up to date and SEO friendly
  • Create website assets and ensure campaigns are consistently merchandised across all digital channels
  • Create social and digital assets for different channels using Photoshop, the Facebook interface and others
  • Manage the technical pricing, connecting our partner’s feeds and our website

Essentials:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written communication
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • You must work well in a team with a hard-working and flexible approach
  • Numerate and analytical with a desire to explore data and apply it to live situations
  • A love of the mountains and all things ski and travel

Would like:

  • A working knowledge and understanding of HTML
  • Previous experience in keyword research and writing SEO optimised content
  • Previous experience in using the CMS of a website
  • Previous experience with split testing tools, ideally Google Optimise
  • Previous experience with SEO tools such as Moz and Search Console
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics
  • Previous experience with Photoshop

Marketing Internship

Based at Battersea, London

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who want to gain marketing experience within the travel industry.

Operations Internship

Based at Battersea, London

Operations Executive

Reports to Head of Client Services

Based at Battersea, London

Salary £22,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience 

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role, supporting our tailor-made winter-sports programme, in a fast-growing and ever-changing business. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

Tour Operating Administration

  • Checking all tour operator bookings, reconciling client confirmations and supplier invoices
  • Liaising with the sales and client service teams to ensure all booking components are correctly booked and working where required with clients on changes and additions to bookings
  • Flight changes/cancellations
  • Manage transfer companies and short break transfer programme
  • Working with the Operations Assistant to manage the mailing of all travel documents to ensure accuracy and distribution within Ski Solutions service standards
  • Supporting our Head of Product & Commercial with hotel and chalet allocations
  • Provide out of office duty cover

Flight Management

Working with the Head of Client Services:

  • Manage ticketing queues
  • Liaise with outsourced IATA ticketing provider
  • Administration and day to day management of flight allocations and airline contracts

Health and Safety

  • With the Head of Client Services, manage the Health and Safety programme

 Essentials:

· Absolute, unwavering attention to detail

· Calm under pressure with an ability to meet deadlines

· Highly organised

· Numerate

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Would like:

· Airline and ticketing abilities using Lime & Aviate

· Language skills (French, German or Italian) are useful

· A background in operations within high-end tailor-made travel

Client Service Concierge

Reports to Head of Client Services

Based at Battersea, London

Salary £19,000 - £21,000 dependent on experience 

Phased start dates from August 2019 with a fixed term contract until March/April 2020

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role, supporting our winter-sports programme, in a fast-growing and ever-changing business. As part of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for every aspect of the booking process once the client has confirmed their holiday. Our ideal candidate will have unparalleled customer service skills, a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Concierge

  • Provide support and guidance to the client post booking, ensuring unparalleled service is delivered at all times
  • Answering client queries regarding their accommodation or resort by phone and email
  • Selling Ski Solutions ski hire to clients
  • Assisting clients to book lift passes, ski school, nannies and restaurants

Administration

  • Liaising with tour operators or directly with European and North American suppliers to administer changes to client bookings
  • Processing new bookings and invoices
  • Preparing travel itineraries and sending client travel documents

Credit Control

  • Arranging client payments by phone or bank transfer
  • Chasing clients in a timely manner to pay any overdue monies

Essentials:

  • Previous office experience
  • Excellent written communication and a friendly telephone manner with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • You must work well in a team with a hard-working and flexible approach
  • Numerate
  • A love of the mountains and all things ski and travel

Would like:

Operations Assistant

Reports to Head of Client Services

Based at Battersea, London

Salary £18,000

Phased start dates from August 2019 with a fixed term contract until March/April 2020

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role, supporting our winter-sports programme, in a fast-growing and ever-changing business. As part of our After Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients and Client Service Concierge team with all administrative aspect of the booking process once the client has confirmed their holiday. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for ski and travel, a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain office experience during your gap year or post-university, in a young, vibrant and sociable team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Processing new bookings and invoices
  • Preparing travel itineraries and sending client travel documents
  • Producing ski hire vouchers for the client
  • Collecting client names and passenger details prior to departure
  • Liaising with tour operators to administer changes to client bookings
  • Supporting the Head of Client Services and the wider team with ad hoc admin duties
