Plose is a fantastic ski resort located in South Tyrol, Dolomites, Italy. It has over 40km of ski terrain and a varied amount of runs for every type of skier. The legendary Trametsch descent is a great run for any ski fantatic. Starting close to the Plosehütte mountain hut at 2446m, this run has spectacular views of the sunny mountains of Plose. Covering 1,400 of elevation and 9 km of pure descent, the Trametsch is a real thrill.
Plose is just 7km or 15 minutes in the car from Brixen, the nearest town which is also the oldest in Tyrol. Brixen is a beautiful town filled with culture, art galleries, museums, restaurants and shops.
