Marketing Assistant

Reports to – Head of Social and PR
Based at – Brixton, London (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team, to work across our travel brands: Ski Solutions and Cycling for Softies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to excel their career in marketing. The ideal candidate has great copy writing skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail. A fantastic opportunity to work within an exciting, fast-paced travel environment, delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

• Working with the wider marketing team to execute the organic social media strategy for Ski Solutions. Reporting back to the wider team on results and optimisations
• Creating paid and organic social media assets in platform
• Execute the email plan including designing, building and sending our Cycling for Softies emails
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team to maintain and develop the website, including property uploads, campaign and content updates and promoting offers
• Supporting the digital marketing team with our SEO efforts including, carrying out weekly checks within tools such as SEMrush, updating the website to follow SEO best practice, keyword tracking and research
• Assist with ongoing website maintenance to our key landing pages, including optimisation, text and image updates
• Supporting the management of the image library, including collating imagery from resorts, building out UGC, as well as ensuring correct image credits, where applicable
• Managing all reviews, publishing these to our website and highlighting reviews to use in campaigns and content
• Sending out vouchers for our campaigns and promotions

Skills & Experience

• Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create engaging copy across a variety of marketing channels, both online and offline
• Working with social media platforms
• Proficiency in building and sending newsletters
• Confidence in communicating with the wider team on campaigns
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
