Seefeld Ski Holidays

Seefeld ski resort is perfect for groups of mixed ability skiers, as well as families with younger children. The ski resort is built around its love of cross-country skiing, and with some of the highest regarded ski schools in Austria, it makes a great spot for first-time skiers, or those looking to improve their confidence on the snow.

Seefeld ski resort is mainly suited to beginner snowboarders, although intermediates and advanced boarders will be able to find some interesting tree-lined areas and off-piste at the top section of the Seefelder Joch. There is a fun park located in the Rosshutte area that can be reached via the funicular. Within the park, there is a selection of jumps, pipes, rails and boxes, nothing too challenging, but excellent for more novice free-riders.

There is a choice of around 50 different restaurants serving everything from Tirolean to international cuisine. The most highly recommended places are Südtiroler Stuben, Emilia Romagna and Alt Seefeld.

Take advantage of the Olympic sports centre and ice skating rink for the full winter experience. After dark, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and even a casino for those who fancy a roll of the dice. Alternatively, if you feel like exploring the local area, then Innsbruck is easily reachable from the resort, with plenty of shopping and sights to see.
