Operations Executive

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role, supporting our winter-sports and cycling programs, in a fast growing and ever-changing business. As part of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of our holidays, and you will help to support our Client Services and Sales teams with all administrative aspects of the booking process once the client has confirmed their holiday. Our ideal candidate will have unparalleled attention to detail, the willingness to go the extra mile and a flexible, positive attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Processing new bookings and invoices 
  • Preparing travel itineraries and dispatching client travel documents 
  • Liaising with local suppliers to resolve issues / administer changes to client bookings 
  • Appropriately processing and communicating flight schedule changes or other supplier amendments to bookings in a timely manner
  • Support Sales and Client Services teams to ensure services are booked accurately with suppliers, and loaded correctly in our in-house booking software
  • Participate in covering the 'Duty Phone' on a seasonal rotational basis (additional payment)
  • Occasional Saturday shift work required during Winter season on a rotational basis (time off in lieu)

  • Cooperative attitude, with a hard-working and flexible approach
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Computer literate with Office 365 experience

Would like

  • Previous office experience in an administrative / customer service role
  • Language skills (French, German or Italian) are useful
  • A love of the mountains and / or cycling and travel
  • A background in tour operations / high-end tailor-made travel


  • £22,000 + bonus
