Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Reports to – Head of Marketing
Based at – Brixton, London (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team for a one-year fixed contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our annual marketing campaigns plan for the Ski Solutions brand. Leading a small team to deliver high-quality content across various channels, including email, social media and the company website.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and copywriting skills. Creative by nature and willing to get stuck in and manage the marketing team in a fast-paced, exciting travel environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Marketing to shape and deliver the overall marketing plan
• Ownership of the marketing campaigns strategy and implementation of all marketing campaigns
• Managing a team to deliver on marketing and campaign objectives
• Management of the marketing budget
• Oversee all tourist board relationships and external partnerships, working with the Marketing Executive on delivery
• Manage relationships with external agencies and designers
• Plan, execute and report on campaigns throughout the year
• Set our newsletter strategy, taking a targeted approach to ensure we reach key client groups with relevant content
• Ensure that the Ski Solutions brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
• Developing and managing a small team to ensure their personal development

Essential

• A minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing position within a B2C environment
• Experience managing a team
• Highly organised
• A keen eye for detail and experience proofreading
• Ambitious and hungry to outperform targets and develop within the company
• Experience of successfully working with and managing agencies
• Ability to make quick decisions while remaining calm under pressure
• A passion for winter sports
