Chalet Belvedere

Chalet Belvedere is a modern and stylish chalet in Tignes Les Brévières, a charming village in the Tignes area, often described as the prettiest of the villages in the area. The chalet has been recently built and is in a great location, close to the village centre and ski lifts with the new Brévières Chalet Lift right at the end of the road, 100 metres away.

The Chalet is laid out over 5 floors with wooden beams, exposed stone and simple but elegant decoration which gives it a traditional chalet feel while being a modern build. The living room has a lovely open fire and large comfortable sofas, perfect for après-ski drinks. The area has lots of natural light and a panoramic balcony surrounds the room, offering lovely views of the village and lake.

The chalet sleeps 13 people with the possibility of adding a 14th bed in the upper eaves triple bedroom making it a quad room suitable for a family with small children. All the rooms are stylishly decorated and are light and airy and all have high quality en-suites with a shower, bath, sink and toilet.

This chalet provides the perfect place to experience the fantastic “Espace Killy” ski area in the lovely, quaint location of Tignes Les Brévières, which has all the charms of a small village as well as good shops, ski facilities and with easy access to the slopes.

Resort details

Ski holidays in Tignes offer lively atmosphere with world class snow-sure skiing on the doorstep.

Tignes was created before the French discovered the benefits of making purpose-built resorts look attractive, although it has to be said that  some attractive new buildings are being added. The renovated old village at the lowest point of the slopes is a favourite lunch spot and a friendly and nice place to stay.

Tignes lies at an altitude of 2,100m and the main settlement is at Tignes Le Lac, which also has a satellite suburb called Le Lavachet, but there is another satellite development along the road at Val Claret, at the foot of the lifts up to the Grande Motte. Getting between the various parts of Tignes is easy enough on skis during the day and Le Lac and Le Lavachet are within reasonable walking distance of each other. A shuttle bus service links Val Claret with the rest of Tignes. It runs frequently during the day, half-hourly after 8.30pm and hourly after midnight throughout the night.
