Chalet Heinz Julen (Loft)

This huge 300m2 Manhattan style loft, sleeping up to six people, is known as the most spectacular property in Zermatt, if not the Alps. Combining glass, steel, textured concrete and wood in unique Alpine charm this chalet has its very own unique style created by designer Heinz Julen.

Access is just a 2 minute walk from the top of the Omnia Hotel liftswhich will take you to the very heart of Zermatt.
The two sides of the loft that overlook the village have walls of floor to ceiling glass with 6 metre high windows leading out onto a terrace. As you can imagine, the views are absolutely breathtaking.

On the main loft living area, there is an illuminated and suspended table that can be raised and lowered from coffee table to ceiling height making room for the ultimate party space. You will be surrounded by jack-in-the-box armchairs, a wall of art and a signature Heinz Julen chandelier.

A metal staircase leads up to the mezzanine where you will find another sofa area with TV, cosy dining/bar area, kitchen and a free standing Jacuzzi bath
Overlooking the main loft area are two double ensuite bedrooms both with abalcony. The third master bedroom offers the utmost privacy with its very own landing, free-standing bath and an island bed on a rotating floor. Also featured in the bedrooms is a sinking bedroom, sofa, TV set into the glass window and a walk in wardrobe.
Both levels of the Loft are served by a private lift elevator.
