Skiing in Méribel

The local skiing in Méribel is varied with some long cruisy blues, as well as some more challenging slopes such as the Mont Vallon runs and good off-piste when there is enough snow. Méribel has very modern lifts, so you will be up and down the mountain in quick succession, with plenty on offer for all levels of skier. Head up towards Val Thorens to discover more challenging pistes and freeride sections.

Snowboarding in Méribel

Snowboarders will have access to two fantastic terrain parks which have an abundance of rails, boxes and kickers along with four half-pipes (at certain points of the season). The freeride terrain is good around Mont Vallon and Saulire but you may want to head up higher to Val Thorens to find the best powder. Beginners have lots of opportunities to get their board legs on in the Altiport and lower Mont Vallon areas, both of which have good nursery slopes.
