I first fell in love with skiing after a long weekend in Westendorf in Austria, aged five. Following this, I went to several French ski resorts growing up with my family; Val d’Isère was a firm favourite of ours. I did my first season here, a 10-week BASI 1 & 2 ski instructor course with ICE. After passing the course, I taught in Champoluc for a few weeks before working in a bar until the end of the season.

Whilst at university, as a part-time job, I continued teaching on the dry slopes of Aberdeen for three years. As part of my degree, I did a study abroad in Nelson, British Columbia, studying Ski Resort Operations and Management, which led to skiing 10 resorts throughout the area.

After university, I worked for a different travel company for a few years, before packing my skis and heading off to the Alps for my third, and final, season. I was managing a luxury 10-bedroom chalet in St. Anton before Covid ended our season. I have since continued my passion for skiing by joining the Ski Solutions team in August 2021, and have loved the challenge of finding the perfect ski holiday for all our clients.
