Villa Crazy Daisy

Villa Crazy Daisy has been a mainstay of Zell am See ski resort for years, and is consistently busy once the ski day is over. From the sun terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lake Zell and the surrounding mountains. Inside, the first of the three floors boasts the Crazy Daisy stage, with a different band every day in the winter. On the upper two floors you can enjoy drinks, snacks, and good music until late into the evening.

SchnapsHans Alm und Bar

If you’re looking for some mountain après ski in Zell am See, SchnapsHans Alm is the place to go. This on-piste bar starts the party in the early afternoon on the sun terrace with a view of 30 three-thousand-metre-high peaks; on colder days, you can retreat onto the two floors inside that are decorated like a rustic hut, but are kept lively by the in-house DJ.

Greens

Greens Pub, along with the Greens XL bar below, is well worth a look in for their tasty cocktails. Upstairs, Greens Pub offers a cosy atmosphere to enjoy the delicious drinks; it is a Zell am See locals’ favourite for a fun evening of live music.

In the vaults downstairs, Greens XL is another local favourite for a different reason. Here you could almost be in a night club in the city, with great dance music and a bar that covers a full side of the basement venue. There’s no better place in the resort to cut loose all night.

Après-Ski-Bar Cabrio

You’ll struggle to find a better place to end your ski day than Cabrio Bar in the Schüttdorf area of Zell am See. When the weather is good, the circular roof is opened up, allowing you to enjoy your après drinks in the sun for that much longer. Conveniently located at the foot of the areitXpress gondola, the restaurant here also serves some great classic Austrian cuisine.

AreitLounge

Also located next to the areitXpress is the modern and stylish AreitLounge bar. This is another ideal location to end your skiing, if you’re looking for a more relaxed atmosphere and music selection than Cabrio Bar. It offers an impressive view, as well as some fine dining options – in particular, the ‘Pinzgau Tapas’, made from the best regional produce. AreitLounge offers a classy-yet-cosy place to relax with a drink by an open fireplace listening to live music.

Parasol Schirmbar

For a drink break that comes a little earlier in the day, the Parasol Schirmbar offers a broad variety of refreshments at 2,450m, on the Kitzsteinhorn. The large terrace is perfectly situated for you to soak up the sun while resting your legs, while you plan your next few pistes – or simply admire the glacier views.
