River Mountain Lodge

River Mountain Lodge enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Breckenridge, just steps from Main Street, a short ride from the gondola, and beside the scenic Blue River. Situated across from the base of the 4 O'Clock Run at the corner of Park Avenue and Ski Hill Road, it offers the perfect base for both ski holidays and year-round mountain getaways. Accommodation ranges from cosy hotel rooms with one bed to spacious four-bedroom condominiums. Hotel rooms include mini fridges and microwaves, while the condominiums feature fully equipped kitchens, breakfast bars, dining areas, and inviting living spaces with sleeper sofas.

Guests can enjoy a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, hotel bar and lounge, complimentary ski shuttle, and one free parking space per unit. Please note that the swimming pool will be closed from May 2026 through October 2026 for scheduled renovations. During this time, one outdoor hot tub will also be unavailable, although guests will still have access to four hot tubs, including two outdoor and two indoor options.
