Laurelwood and Interlude Condos

THE LAURELWOOD offers spacious, recently updated ski-in/ski-out condominium suites. Each individually owned and decorated suite has a private balcony or patio with barbeque grill, wood-burning fireplace and full kitchen. The 540-square-foot studios accommodate up to four people comfortably.

For privacy, a floor-to-ceiling partition wall can be pulled to enclose the bedroom, which features a queen-sized bed. The units have two doors to the vanity – one from the bedroom, one from the living space to enable greater privacy and convenience similar to a one bedroom. Each studio also includes a queen sleeper sofa. At the end of the day relax in our spectacular two-tier stone hot tubs.

THE INTERLUDE is Laurelwood’s neighboring condominium complex made up of mountainside 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom units. All individually owned condos include private & spacious balconies with a barbeque grill, a personal fireplace and full kitchens. Our 2-bedroom condominiums are 965-square-feet, accommodating up to six people, while our 1465-square-foot 3-bedrooms feature two floors and sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Bedding varies unit to unit.

On-site at Interlude, there is a newly built 18-person hot tub, which offers a peaceful location to unwind after a full day of skiing or exploring in the mountains. Each Interlude unit includes one covered parking space, ski storage and the convenience of being truly slope side in Snowmass Village.
