The Hotel Mont Cervin Palace is a traditional deluxe alpine hotel and longstanding member of the Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel was opened in 1851 and taken over by Alexander Seiler in 1855. Since then it has been acknowledged as the flagship of the Seiler Group. The hotel is situated on the main street of Zermatt, just a few minutes walk from Gornergrat Station. The hotel has a pool and spa area of 1500 sqm spread over 3 floors.
The hotel occupies Le Petit Cervin (originally Hotel Nicoletta) which has suites and superior rooms connected to the Mont Cervin by an underground passage. This hotel offers bed-and-breakfast but the clients can enjoy all the facilities of its sister hotel.

Rooms vary from standard doubles to 3 bedroomed suites as well as offering stylish, more modern apartments in its Residence. Most of the rooms have balconies or a terrace, some with Matterhorn view. They are furnished in a traditional style and offer the comforts of a 5-star property. The new 6th floor has several new rooms and suites to offer.
