Our favourite hotel in St Moritz, the Steffani has been run for 3 generations by the Marky family and is one of the few hotels that remains open year round. It is popular with the British for its relaxed atmosphere and good food. There are three restaurants, including La Mandarin specialising in Cantonese cuisine and the Lapin Bleu – a popular meeting place - as well as three bars and the Disco Vivai nightclub. The tiny Cresta bar is one of the best small bars in the Alps. Guests can choose to stay B&B or Half Board.

Several of the bedrooms have been recently refurbished in neutral colours with excellent bathrooms with huge walk-in showers as well as a bath. The older bedrooms are decorated in Engadine style and all the bathrooms have been recently renovated. South facing rooms have balconies and Junior Suites are available as well. There are 2 family apartments with living-room (with fireplace) bedroom, bathroom (with Jacuzzi bath) sleeping up to 3 people.
