Residence Palace 1 & 2

Residence Palace 1 & 2 are modern residential complexes with sunny panoramic views of Sestriere, located in the heart of the resort. They are just a short distance from each other and feature fully furnished apartments that are functional, well-structured, and cosy.

All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, bed linen, a TV, telephone, and safe. The highlight is the terrace overlooking the mountains.

Palace 1 comprises either one-room apartments with up to four beds—consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed and a private room with bunk beds—or two-room apartments with up to four beds.

Palace 2 comprises three-room apartments with up to five beds, as well as two-room apartments with up to four beds.

Both buildings include a Finnish sauna, fitness centre, and a children's playground. Palace 2 even has its own mini-market.
