Hotel La Chance
Set in the heart of the Pila ski resort, Hotel La Chance is the perfect ski-in ski-out hotel for families and groups looking for a relaxing alpine escape. Formerly a mountain barn, this family-run hotel was renovated in 2010 into a boutique hotel with 35 rooms. Built in a typical Italian style, the hotel maintains a cosy atmosphere. Situated only a short walk from the lifts and a five-minute walk from the resort centre. Guests will also have the opportunity to ski back to the hotel (weather conditions permitting).
A highlight of Hotel La Chance is the wellness facilities, including a relaxation area, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a large jacuzzi, a cold reaction shower, and a hot emotional shower. Hotel guests will also have the option to book with an onsite beautician and a masseuse. The bedrooms all come equipped with complimentary WiFi and a television. Extra touches include complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.
Guests will be encouraged to enjoy a continental breakfast served daily during a stay. Hotel La Chance also has an a la carte restaurant that serves Italian dishes on site. The hotel also has a bar with a lounge and a spacious terrace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

I recently spent a few great days at Hotel La Chance. We chose the half-board option and enjoyed a fantastic 4-course Italian meal every night. The hotel is really close to the slopes, a 400m uphill walk to the lifts or the hotel also has a shuttle service.
