You are spoilt for choice for restaurants in Champoluc, with most hotels having good restaurants with delicious food. Hotel La Rouja is a good example of this, serving traditional Italian cuisine. In addition, Ristorante L’Essentiel da Andreone is a resort favourite, serving traditional food made from local ingredients.
