Hotel al Piolet is a relaxing and luxurious 5-Star hotel set in the heart of Cervinia, founded by skiing legend Rolando Zanni and now run by frequent-visitor-turned-owner Jonas Nordlund. Extensive 2024 renovation has created a luxurious and modern space, while retaining characteristic elements of the hotel's long history.
The hotel has a refined but welcoming restaurant serving up delicious local Aosta Valley and Mediterranean dishes (all paired with offerings from an extensive wine list), a large panoramic terrace with views stretching from the Grandes Murailles to Matterhorn, a cosy deck bar and marble lounge.
The wellness area has a sauna, hammam, emotional shower and herbal tea station, while the heated outdoor pool is intelligently positioned to make the most of the surrounding views.
The hotel has 24 rooms, and a heated and guarded ski room. You can also ski back to the back of the Hotel.
