Chalet Andes' location is hard to beat. Tucked away in the heart of Val d'Isère, just 350m from the snow front and moments from the resort's restaurants and shops, it's got comfort and convenience nailed. Step inside and this spacious, stylish chalet is full of luxurious touches, with a contemporary alpine feel throughout.

The open-plan, double-height living space looks out across the village rooftops and bell tower to the mountains beyond. The south-facing balcony is a great spot for the afternoon sun, or you can settle by the log fire in the sitting room, with its cowhide stools and deep sofas. The dining area is where you'll swap stories from the slopes over dinner, and the marble kitchen has bar seating for apéritifs, plus a separate utility room with laundry facilities.

The five bedrooms are done out with wooden panelling, exposed beams and wool throws, giving them a warm, cosy feel. Three double bedrooms on the ground floor each have their own balcony, and there's a children's bunk room on the same level. Up top, the penthouse master suite has an en-suite bathroom and far-reaching views, and that's also where you'll find the hammam, ideal for tired legs after a day's skiing.
