Chalet Sophia (Tignes)

Chalet Sophia is a modern, spacious chalet in Tignes Les Brévières, France. Les Brévières is often described as the picture postcard village of Tignes, it is the oldest and prettiest of the villages, yet it still has a full range of shops, bars and ski facilities and easy access to the slopes via the new Brévières Chalet Lift only 100 metres away.

The chalet has a typical alpine style with wooden panelled walls and beams, a large living room with a central log fire but is also open-plan,  and complete with a south-facing balcony that looks over the village and lake.

The eight bedrooms are laid out over four floors and are all tastefully decorated with great facilities. The first floor has three twin/double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. The top floor has four bedrooms. The two eaves bedrooms share one bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the bathroom. All the bedrooms can be double or twin rooms. The Ground floor has one en-suite bedroom and it has a ski storage room, complete with boot warmers. The chalet also features an outdoor hot tub on an external balcony which is perfect for enjoying the mountain scenery after a long day of skiing and a “hot-coal” sauna if you need some extra relaxation.

This is the perfect chalet for a group of friends or families to experience the “Espace Killy” ski area in a charming alpine village with easy access to the slopes but which still has a unique character.
