Set just outside Morzine’s lively town centre Chalet 46˚ is a converted farmhouse that has been renovated into a luxury contemporary chalet. Retaining many of its French farmhouse features, this chalet blends sleek glass fixtures with modern amenities that make for the perfect venue to entertain and relax.

The chalet has just received some fantastic improvements including a new kitchen, complete with a popular beer tap, that brightens the already airy open plan living space.

Set over three levels with the top floor offering a large open plan lounge with dining area and kitchen. From the large seating area with wood burning stove, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Pointe de Nyon and the Pleney slopes. This floor provides an impressive entertaining and dining area. From Chalet 46˚’s elevated position, guests can appreciate impressive views of the Pleney and Nyon slopes from both the living room and the outdoor balcony.
