Chalet Kobuk

Chalet Kobuk is a brand new chalet apartment for the 2018/19 season, situated just above the main ski route through Avoriaz and conveniently close to all of the resorts amenities. This apartment is the  perfect place to base yourself to explore the massive Portes Du Soleil ski area.

Chalet Kobuk offers the perfect space for 8-10 guests, spread over three floors with a cosy mezzanine on the top floor. The huge windows and balconies mean you can see the mountains from every room. Built into the side of the mountain, the open plan living / dining area provides a great place to relax at sunset and ponder the snow cats doing their work on the pistes below. The four en suite bedrooms occupy the lower floors, one with additional bunk beds.

The chalet is located at an 1850m altitude, on the piste, a lift ride from the centre of the resort and Aquariaz water park and is just a short walk to the piste side bars and ski school meeting point.

Resort details

One of the most distinctive in the Alps, Avoriaz ski resort is perched high up on a snow-shelf looking down over a cliff edge towards Morzine and beyond. There are no cars, making for a calm, safe atmosphere which is perfectly suited to families with young children. In addition to this, the lifts are situated very close to the accommodation, another fantastic perk for families and keen skiers alike.

Between its breathtaking panoramic views of the Dents du Midi and Dents Blanche, wide variety of skiing terrain and eight-metre average seasonal snowfall; the resort truly holds an appeal for different types of skiers from all over the world.
