Lux Alp Chalet
Lux Alp Chalet is nestled in the quiet, sun-kissed village of Warth; a hidden gem located 1500m above sea level and offering breathtaking views of the Biberkopf mountain. Whilst village surroundings feel authentic and secluded, it is located at the entrance to Austria's largest ski area Ski Alberg, providing access to 305km of slopes and 88 lifts and cableways. As the snowiest area of the Alps with powder until mid-April, Lux Alp Chalet is positioned in a prime location right next to the slopes and lifts, ensuring you can maximise skiing time. Enjoy a holiday in Warth with groups of mixed ability, where the vast ski area truly does offer something for everyone.
The chalet is comprised of eight apartments and two bedrooms each sleeping between two and ten guests, all furnished in a modern Alpine style and with many offering fantastic mountainous views. Enjoy a variety of culinary options, ranging from fondue evenings to Barbeques, or even opt to cater for yourself. After a long day on the slopes, head to the spa area for a soak in the Finnish steam bath, or watch the stars from the outdoor hot tub. Communal space is plentiful in the Lux Alp Chalet, and groups can make use of the table football and pinball areas.

Feel at home in the modern furnished apartments, built sustainable construction features including ventilated larch wood facades, cosy tiled stoves and generous terraces which align with the natural course of the sun.
The Linx boasts one large master bedroom with extra bed, one small child room with bunk beds and one bathroom. Sleeps three to five guests.
The Fox, The Wolf and The Eagle are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is also a balcony or terrace. Sleeps four to eight guests.
The Little Wild Cat and The Little Falcon have two bedrooms and one bathroom with one extra WC with a fully equipped kitchen and living room and balcony/terrace. Sleeps four to seven guests.
The Ibex, The Mountain Goat, The Snow Hare, The Owl and The Marmot are three bedroom apartments with three bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a balcony or terrace. Sleeps six to ten guests.
The Brown Bear is a three to four bedroom apartment with three bathrooms, two extra beds in the rooms and a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a balcony or terrace. Sleeps four to ten guests.
