DAS Kaltschmid

Right in the heart of Seefeld’s pedestrian zone, the family-run hotel is known for its traditional charm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is made up of two buildings, allowing for more spacious rooms and communal areas. The homely bar, complete with a log fireplace, wooden panelling and plush leather chairs makes for a perfect spot to enjoy a touch of après after a long day on the slopes. There is also a nightclub for those wanting to enjoy an extended après session.

The Ferienhotel Kaltschmid also houses two very popular à-la-carte restaurants; Alt Seefeld and Am Kurpa – the latter being very popular with locals for the delights produced by the hotel’s pastry chef. Both serve authentic local cuisine and a selection of light international dishes.

The hotel further boasts the Wellness & Spa Seefeld, Tirol – a fantastic wellness area with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and tanning solarium, Turkish steambath, indoor jacuzzi and fitness centre. The cherry on top of this brilliant addition to the hotel is the hot whirlpool, situated on the roof. With stunning vistas over the resort and its snowy peaks, this is a real treat for any guest smart enough to stay at the Ferienhotel Kaltschmid.
