Singles with no supplement have baths or showers. New wing 'Residenz' twins are more spacious and have a bath, separate WC, lounge area and balcony or terrace and are north or south-facing. All rooms have cable TV, radio, safe, telephone, bathrobes and hairdryer.

The centre of the village of Seefeld is only 300m away, while the nursery slopes and ski school meeting place are 400m away. But a bus stop by the hotel can easily take you to either in a couple of minutes.
