When do I pay my balance?

Full payment for your holiday is due 12 weeks before departure. Your balance due date is highlighted on your booking confirmation and we will send you a reminder by email two weeks prior to this.

If you have authorised us to automatically take payment on your balance due date you will receive confirmation and a balance receipt via email once payment has been taken.

How can I pay?

We are more than happy for members of your party to pay for their balance individually. Please make sure they have the Ski Solutions holiday reference to hand and have been advised how much to pay.

Please put your surname and Ski Solutions holiday reference number on the transfer so that we can identify the payment.
