Sunstar Alpine Hotel Davos

Sunstar hotels are the first hotel chain to go carbon neutral, with an emphasis on locally sourced food and the option for guests to donate to climate protection – which Sunstar will then not only match, but double. Between May 2008 and October 2019, the chain offset all CO2 emissions from its Swiss hotels, and now are committed to invest in more future regional climate protection.

Set near the Davos Promenade, Sunstar Hotel Davos offers its own shuttle service to and from the main ski stations of Jakobshorn and Parsenn. There is also a large indoor spa and pool area. All of the rooms at the Sunstar are decorated in an Alpine style, with Swiss stone and pine furnishings and a free mini-bar for guests to enjoy. Some rooms can be offered as inter-connecting for families and many have south-facing balconies.

The modern spa area boasts a Roman-Irish thermal bath, sauna and fitness centre. There is also the option to book for beauty treatments and massages. The restaurant has a five-course option based on fresh, local ingredients. There is a buffet of starters, salads, soups and desserts, with three main course options (meat, fish and vegetarian).

There is a ski shop on-site where equipment can be hired from if necessary.
