The terrain is perfect for beginner and intermediate levels, with a separate zone dedicated for those learning to ski. Yet, expert skiers are not disregarded with plenty of black runs and hidden chutes across the resort.

The Marmot Basin Ski & Snowboard School offers lessons for first-time skiers and snowboarders, high-performance clinics, freeride clinics, private lessons and a variety of children’s programmes.

An extensive range of restaurants are on offer in Jasper, with everything from pizzerias and takeaways to fine-dining experiences. The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge offers various restaurants with a wide selection of cuisine including Oka Sushi and The Nook Smokehouse. Connaught Drive is another popular choice in resort with great food at reasonable prices.

Jasper is a quaint friendly town set amongst beautiful unspoilt scenery. From museums to ice rinks, as well as the Jasper Fitness and Aquatic Centre (equipped with a gym, swimming pool, water slide and hot tub) there is definitely enough to keep non-skiers busy in resort. Alternatively, non-skiers are also able to drive to nearby Pyramid Lake which boasts beautiful views all year round.
