Canada Snow

Monday 20th of February was a great day for skiing in Canada. Banff resorts were in great condition today thanks to recent snow related activity. There is even the possibility of new snow today. The best conditions are of course, at the top. Big White (188cm) had lots of new snow with 16cm falling overnight on the 18th. Flurries were expected today on a powder day in the resort. Fernie (228cm) was much improved after conditions deteriorated at the weekend. Around 20cm today and yesterday freshened things up and provided some powder off piste. Marmot Basin (101cm) was also in good condition where pockets of fresh powder could still be found off-piste. Finally, revelstoke (231cm) had a powder day today, but lifts were opening slowly due to the snowfalls. Overall, conditions remain very good in Canada.
