The charming town of St. Anton enjoys a bustling and cosmopolitan atmosphere whilst retaining its traditional Tyrolean charm. With its vast terrain and snow-sure record, St. Anton is one of the world’s best ski resorts for a ski weekend, at just two hours from three major airports. It’s also a haven for intermediate and advanced skiers with over 340 km of pistes and 90 lifts and gondolas.

This is also the spiritual home of après ski. The two bars, Krazy Kangaruh and the Mooserwirst kicked off the party in the 1960’s and have been going ever since. Both located directly on the piste, they’re the perfect places to finish your day skiing with a slopeside Glühwein.

Cervinia | Italy

Cervinia is a delightful village situated at 2,050m, with soaring peaks reaching heights of around 3,500m. This is one of the highest resorts in Europe and boasts fantastic snow conditions well into the late stretches of the season. At only an hour and 30 minutes drive from Turin Airport, it makes for the perfect ski weekend destination. The care and attention put into grooming the runs are second to none, ensuring excellent quality slopes from late November onwards.

This Italian ski resort is a dream for intermediate skiers, with endless open runs that are perfect for cruising and developing your skills. Combine this with the glorious sunny conditions that regularly bless the area and you have one of the best all-season resorts in Europe.

Les Deux Alpes sits just a one hour drive from Grenoble but at an elevation of over 3,500m which makes it the perfect location for an early or late snow-sure ski weekend. The charming village itself is a long, narrow development perched at the top of a high ledge, with modern architecture and amenities and an ice rink at the heart of the development, perfect for families.

The resort itself benefits from varied slopes, perfect for all abilities and a vast glacier which means that the resort consistently benefits from good snowfall, opening from early December and closing late April every year . There is also many great opportunities to go off-piste, especially in neighbouring La Grave which boasts km’s of terrain to explore for more advanced skiers.
