Chalet Sanville

Chalet Sanville is a lovely detached chalet owned by one of Val d'Isere's original families. Sanville was built as a family chalet so it offers a very spacious accommodation sitting on the side of the Solaise piste - the chalet is virtually a ski in/ski out property.

The chalet has an excellent sitting room designed with huge beams and a brilliant stone fireplace. Its comfortable seating and TV/DVD player makes it an excellent communal area for you and your party.  Bedrooms in the chalet are also very comfortable making Sanville an excellent base for you and your friends/family. Also included in the chalet is its own wellness area where you can enjoy the chalet's own sauna - the ideal way to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes.

With the chalet sitting in an excellent on-piste position, Sanville is a great choice for your ski holiday this winter.

Val d'Isère

One of the world's favourite ski resorts, Val d'Isère has access to the best all-around ski area in the world, the Espace Killy. With just over 100 lifts compared to the 300 to be found in the Trois Vallées, the Espace Killy is obviously not the largest ski area in the world, but size isn’t everything and this region has as much skiing as one could ever need, not to mention the longest winter in the Alps. (The winter ski season here begins in late November and continues until early May and conditions are seldom disappointing).

The main centre of Val d'Isère has been virtually rebuilt over the past 25 years and many of the buildings are imaginative contemporary interpretations of the traditional stone and Savoyard style wood structures.

Ski holidays to Val d'Isère were revolutionised with the introduction of après-ski in the 80s, when Dick Yates-Smith set up the seminal bar-nightclub known as Dicks Tea-Bar.
