Kilco Penthouse

Kilco Penthouse is a unique, stylish property in Val D’Isere. It has an ideal position, only 100m to the main Bellevarde and Solaise ski lifts, in a secluded area, but still located in the centre of the main village.

As you enter the property you will notice the sophisticated interiors, reclaimed wooden beams, a central fireplace and the fantastic view of the slopes, right outside the huge double height windows; which also give the room lots of natural light. Large terraces are also situated on both the north and south facing aspects of the penthouse.

The penthouse has four bedrooms off the main living room, each with open-plan bathrooms, tasteful furniture and high ceilings. One more bedroom; which is a twin, is located on an upper level. If the luxury of the interior of the penthouse is not enough, the property also has access to a private swimming pool and a Moroccan themed hammam, for you to use and relax in after a long day of skiing the fantastic “Espace Killy” area.

The chalet is fully serviced. The professional chefs are some of the finest in the industry and many have a background of delivering to the highest standards. This luxury penthouse is perfect for a group of friends who want to relax in style, while also having excellent skiing access, in the heart of Val D’Isere.

Val d'Isère

Val d'Isère is probably the resort that has access to the best all-round ski area in the world, the Espace Killy With just over 100 lifts compared to the 300 to be found in the Trois Vallées, the Espace Killy is obviously not the largest ski area in the world, but size isn’t everything and this region has as much skiing as one could ever need, not to mention the longest winter in the Alps. (The winter ski season here begins in late November and continues until early May and the early- and late-season conditions are seldom disappointing.

The main centre of Val d'Isere has been virtually rebuilt over the past 25 years and many of the buildings are imaginative contemporary interpretations of the traditional stone and wood Savoyard style.

Val d'Isere ski holidays were revolutionised with the introduction of apres-ski in the 80s when Dick Yates-Smith set up the seminal bar-nightclub, known as Dicks Tea-Bar.
