Over the years, we’ve enjoyed making holiday dreams come true for over 200,000 people, and to celebrate our 25th birthday, we don’t to want receive presents, we want to give them – presents of dreams come true for kids who might not even see their next birthday. So we’ve teamed up with Make-A-Wish Foundation® UK, who create experiences of a lifetime for children and young people with life-threatening illnesses.
Our goal is to raise £250,000 and every holiday we book for you will get us closer to that goal for them. That’s not all though – we’ve a bunch of ways of we’re raising money and having fun doing it along the way, and we’d love you to share in this.
One fun way you can participate is to join us on our Ski the World Challenge Event in the Alps and ski the combined height of the World’s tallest peaks across its seven continents – 43,314m in all.

Ski Solutions has partnered with Make-A-Wish UK with the aim of raising £40,000 throughout the winter season to help grant magical wishes to children. You can be part of this by joining the inaugural Ski the World Challenge which will take place in Courmayeur, Italy at the end of March 2012.
About the Challenge
The aim of the challenge is to ski, as one of a pair of skiers, the height of the largest peak in each continent across a weekend - that’s 43,314 vertical metres over 3 days.
Equipped with a G Trek Satellite Tracking System and a sense of adventure, participants will head out to the mountains for 3 days of skiing in the beautiful resort of Courmayeur, Italy. Each pair will check in daily to monitor progress throughout the challenge. How many of the 40 teams will conquer all the peaks?
All funds raised go to Make-A-Wish Foundation® UK granting magical wishes for children and young people living with life-threatening illnesses.

This delightful spa hotel was developed from an old mountain chalet and retains many of the original features. To take part in this challenge, we ask that you pay a registration fee of £200 and raise the minimum sponsorship of at least £1,300.
