ABTA and ATOL bonding
Ski Solutions is a member of ABTA. We hold both an ABTA License (C6711 and V1534) and also hold an ATOL License (ATOL 4055) which is issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. As a member of ABTA you have the benefit of ABTA's assistance and Code of Conduct. Many of the travel arrangements that we sell are protected in case of the financial failure of the travel company. Please ask us about the protection that applies to your booking.

1. Ski Solutions the travel agent: we are acting as agent for holidays provided by a carefully selected range of specialist tour operators.
2. Ski Solutions the principal: tailor-made holidays where we are your tour operator.
1. Buying a holiday where Ski Solutions is your travel agent:
If you purchase a package holiday provided by a tour operator which includes a flight, then your money is protected under the ATOL licence held by that tour operator, and Ski Solutions is acting as an agent for that ATOL holder. For our flight-inclusive agency packages, we only work with tour operators who own their own ATOL licence.
2. Buying a holiday where Ski Solutions is the principal:
When we create our own tailor-made package holidays (containing two or more items ‘packaged’ together, e.g Hotel and Flight) then you are protected by our ATOL if the package includes air travel or by ABTA, if it does not include flights.
If you buy a holiday of just one item (ie accommodation only or transfer only) from Ski Solutions whereby we are acting as the principal (the tour operator) please note: neither ABTA nor ATOL protection applies to your booking.
