Our most popular three-star, the Hotel Perren in Zermatt first opened its doors in 1939. Over the years, various members of the Perren family have run the hotel and added to the original building. In 2000, a complete renovation programme was started that saw the hotel completely transformed and it now offers some very comfortable accommodation as well as a friendly welcome from Patrick Perren and his extended family. There is a large lounge area with fireplace and piano - or you can have a game of snooker in one of the smaller sitting areas. The bar and A La Carte restaurant have been were stylishly renovated in 2008, complete with funky cow-hide stools. When you book with Ski Solutions, the hotel may be taken on a half board or more popular, a bed & breakfast basis leaving you free to enjoy the many restaurants Zermatt has to offer.
