The Omnia is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional mountain lodge. The mountain lodge, a typical American concept, has been reinvented by the New York based architect Ali Tayar. The architecture and design between two cultures as well as the materials and the craftsmanship reflect the tradition of the Valais. Located in the very heart of Zermatt, perched 45m high on a rock above the town, its beautiful south facing sun terrace and 60-seat restaurant offer amazing views of the Matterhorn. Not forgetting the relaxing lounge and library area. Whilst we recommend B&B, you can have dinner in the airy dining room with its large stone fireplace and choose from the modern, electric menu. The wellness area really is state of the art with its in/outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool surrounded by enormous glass windows and subtle lighting.
