Brilliantly located, on the edge of the old village, three minutes' walk beyond the church, with the front door on the road and the other end of the building near the silent forest, skiable-back-to and just by bus stops for the free Train Rouge services to both Le Fornet and the nursery slopes. They are a couple of minutes from the Moris Pub.

Chalet is well-built and well soundproofed. They offer superb food. And the atmosphere in Le Grizny, our own little three-star residence, is always the best in town. Juniper is on the top floor, Jasmine and Jacaranda are in the middle, and a regiment of our staff live in the dungeons.

Juniper has a large sitting room (with its own bath and loo) and a dining room with a single vast table, where breakfast seems to last until tea-time, tea runs into dinner, and dinner carries on until long after the last candle has burnt down.
